Panadol Sinus (24 Tablets/Caplets) is a non-drowsy medication designed to provide fast, effective relief from sinus pain, headache, and congestion, particularly when associated with colds, flu, or allergies. It is commonly formulated as a dual-action caplet to reduce facial pain and clear nasal passages. 

Key Ingredients

• Paracetamol (500 mg):
•  A pain reliever and fever reducer.
• Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30 mg): A nasal decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages to improve airflow. 

Uses and Benefits

• Sinus Congestion & Pain: Relieves pressure and pain in the forehead, nose, and around the eyes.

Dosage and Administration

• Adults and Children 12 years and over: Take 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as required.

• Method: Swallow with water, with or without food.
