Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash (110 ml) is a specially formulated, liquid eye cleanser designed to soothe, refresh, and wash away irritants from tired, irritated, or uncomfortable eyes. It is designed for daily use to combat the effects of modern, busy lifestyles.

• Formulation: Enriched with natural plant extracts (Witch Hazel) and balanced at the natural pH level of tears for gentle, comfortable application.

• Active Ingredient: Distilled Witch Hazel 13% v/v.
• Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.005% w/v.
• Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Borax, and Boric Acid. 

1. Prep: Wash hands thoroughly and rinse the eye bath with eye wash.
2. Fill: Fill the eye bath 1/3 full with Optrex Eye Wash.
3. Apply: Tilt your head slightly forward, holding the eye bath by its base.
4. Cleanse: Place the eye bath over your eye, open your eye, and slowly raise your head, rocking it side to side for at least 30 seconds.
5. Repeat: Repeat for the other eye using fresh solution.

• Usage Limitations: Discard any unused product 28 days after opening.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C or 30°C depending on specific regional packaging.
