Eltroxin 100 mcg tablets (available in packs of 100 in Saudi Arabia and other regions) contain levothyroxine sodium, a synthetic thyroid hormone used primarily to treat hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland). It works by replacing the hormone that the thyroid gland does not produce in sufficient quantities, helping to restore normal metabolism and energy levels in the body.
